While Volkl might classify their Attiva Fuego Ski as an all-mountain design this high-speed expert's platform is oriented toward carving on groomed runs and hardpack. If you're looking for product comparisons the Women's Attiva Fuego Ski has the same sidecut as Volkl's 10 Foot Power Switch ski but the setup and components are specifically created for women. The Attiva Fuego features an extended wood core design that consists of two wood strips along the sides laminated to a bottom layer of titanium. Volkl maintained the female-specific 20/20 performance (20 percent lighter and 20 percent softer than unisex skis) while milling out the top section of the extended wood core to accommodate the Marker Motion iPT 11.0 TC Piston Binding.
