The lightweight DWR-finished construction is excellent for climbing and backpacking applications ranging from the trailhead to the summit although many women find the North Face Paramount Cargo Pant excellent for more refined-applications around the home. Both cargo pockets have Velcro® closures for fast single-handed access that works better than zipper closures.
