Sized to fit medium faces Oakley's Riddle revives the big lens styling popular throughout the late Seventies but adds a Polaric ellipsoid construction that eliminates old fashioned optical distortion. The Polaric ellipsoid design shapes the Plutonite lens surface so it runs parallel to the shape of the human eye so those dark blurs seen in less sophisticated eyewear are sharply defined images behind the Oakley Riddle. Despite the generous dimensions the O Matter frame material is surprisingly lightweight and fits comfortably without the need for those frayed foam fit pads found on the vintage sunglasses.
