Additionally this featured can easily be turned off for more effecient climbing. Secure support is further enhance with its SLS (Super Lock System) that gives 60% more holding power at the joint adjustment. Incorporating a 15-degree positive angle into the extended grips these poles offer a neutral ergonomic position for your wrist and hand allowing for exceptional comfort and precise tip placement. The extended length of the grips allows you to grasp the pole lower on the shaft thus eliminating the need to shorten the length every time you encounter a steep slope or side hill traverse.
