A stretch powder skirt which features a pant-to-jacket snap connection to create a full coverage system combines with an adjustable storm hem to seal out the daily accumulations of waist deep goodness. When overheating a two-way pit zip lets off steam while an electronics pocket with cord portal harbors motivating iPod™ tunes.
