Burton Women's Escapade Snowboard Binding

Burton Women's Escapade Snowboard Binding

Female-specific flex and response with better stability and control than guys' bindings.

While the Women's Escapade snowboard binding doesn't have the same ultra-rigid design found in Burton's Men's C60 or CO2 snowboard bindings that's because women don't have the same build as guys so there no need to overpower a lighter more agile women's snowboard with a burly binding. While the Escapade might not have the same high-tech composite baseplate it does deliver the best comfort features and versatile sizing options. It also has a new padded B3 Gel baseplate cushioning and the same Super Capstrap II found on Burton's ultra-responsive bindings. The Escapade features Burton's Living Hinge Hi-Back a perfectly padded design that eliminates excess hardware bulk without undermining the structural integrity. The Living Hinge is set up to allow you to adjust your forward lean settings independent of the rotation so you can tweak the rotation once for the entire season and play with the forward lean as snow conditions change. A pre-curved triple-axis telescoping Superstrap™ II cinches in your custom fit with a new tool-free strap length adjustment feature that does away with the need for box cutting knives or butcher scissors. This means that you can play with your binding sizing to adapt to a variety of boot sizes. The Super Capstrap II has a 3D contoured shape that molds to your boot toe pushing your heel back firmly into the binding while holding the foot down for better response. This is a great female-specific design that's perfect for advanced and expert women--especially those who felt a little burnt by the ultra-rigid boys' toys.
