Retail Shipping and Receiving
The Retail Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving inventory and tagging all new merchandise. Distribute and control inventory between outlets. Responsible for all aspects of retail inventory for the 6 stores. Help supervise merchandizing in all outlets. Work Retail sales as needed. Finalize and supervise seasonal year-end inventories.

This position would require answering the switchboard for all hotel rooms and condominiums that Big Sky Resort manages. Position would consist of, but is not limited to-- helping guests with bill disputes, coordinating housekeeping requests, late check-outs and early check-outs with both the front desk and the housekeeping departments, taking room service orders and answering guest?s general questions. Works with director on training needs, assessment, training and orientation of all employees. Maintains frequent communication with supervisors, chefs, coordinators and CS director. Responsible for billing, posting, and payroll for conference services.

Skills should includes but not limited to use of snowcats, high pressure air compressor and water pumpts. Must be able to work outside at night in cold wet conditions. As a snowmaker you have the ability to move into grooming positions. Snowcat operators are responsible for operation of heavy equipment which includes but is not limited to, snow grooming machines,snowplows, large trucks, and track hoe. Previous heavy equipment operation experience is mandatory. Must work under the supervision of lead groomer. Must be able to work in variable conditions and be available to swing or graveyard shifts. This is a seasonal position.
