Smugglers Notch
If mom's own apple pie became a ski resort, it would be Smugglers' Notch. Smugglers' is continually voted one of the top family resorts in New England and it is certainly a great choice if you have kids as Alice's Wonderland Child Enrichment Center keeps the little ones happy all day long. Smugglers' has the biggest vertical (2610') in northern Vermont and a ski school staff of 300 to ensure you make the most of it. In addition, the resort offers slopeside lodging with a variety of facilities and lifts within a short stroll from your door.Smugglers' has a wide range of options that happens throughout the winter season. Some choices are the Fun Zone Family Center, snowmobile and snowshoe tours, fireworks and Torchlight parades. There is also a wide variety of bars and restaurants to choose from in the area.
